Redesign of Cardinal Health’s Flu Vaccine Portal, used by healthcare providers to order and track seasonal flu vaccines.

🔍 Overview
As the Product Designer, I led the UX redesign of a core feature used by office administrators to book patient appointments. The original interface was outdated, confusing, and contributed to incomplete or inaccurate bookings. I focused on simplifying the workflow, aligning it with real user behavior, and improving data quality.
